Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lampung Selatan menggelar Upacara Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Ke-51 Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia (Korpri) di Lapangan Korpri setempat, Selasa (29/11/2022).
Pelaksanaan upacara dipimpin langsung oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Thamrin, S.Sos., M.M, selaku inspektur upacara seligus membacakan sambutan Presiden Republik Indonesia Ir. Joko Widodo.
Upacara tersebut turut diikuti oleh peserta Upacara, yang meliputi Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator, Pejabat Pengawas serta seluruh Staf Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) serta Tenaga Harian Lepas Sukarela (THLS) dilingkungan Pemkab Lampung Selatan.
Pada kesempatan itu, Thamrin menyampaikan, agar seluruh anggota Korpri Lampung Selatan dapat bertransformasi secara total, dalam melayani masyarakat dengan sepenuh hati dan adaptif terhadap perubahan yang terjadi.
Dirinya menjelaskan, kemampuan beradaptasi dan mengenali situasi yang terus menerus mengalami perubahan, menjadi modal yang kuat dalam menjalankan suatu organisasi pemerintahan.
“Saat ini kita masih merasakan dampak Covid-19 yang telah terjadi sejak awal 2020, sehingga mau tidak mau kita harus beradaptasi dengan melakukan prilaku baru yang berbeda dari sebelumnya,” ujar Thamrin.
Thamrin juga meminta agar ASN dapat mencari terobosan kerja yang inovatif dan cepat, serta menciptakan birokrasi yang transparan dan akuntabel guna meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan menggerakkan pembangunan daerah.
“Oleh karena itu, saya meminta aspirasi ASN dapat ditampung dan disalurkan, perkuat solidaritas dan kerjasama dengan seluruh komponen bangsa, cari terobosan positif dan cara kerja yang cepat,” tuturnya.
Untuk diketahui, pada kesempatan tersebut juga turut dilakukan penyerahan Piala kepada para Pemenang Lomba Inovasi Daerah antar Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2022.
Juara I diraih oleh Dinas Kesehatan dengan nama inovasi Gerakan Serentak Penanaman Kelor (Gertak Telor), Juara II diraih oleh Dinas Perhubungan dengan nama inovasi WIBAWA 73 (Wisata Bersama Banawa 73), Juara III diraih oleh Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dengan nama inovasi e-pengendalian (SiPerindu).
Selanjutnya, Juara Harapan I diraih oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dengan nama inovasi ABC (Anak Bangsa Cerdas), Juara Harapan II diraih oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman dengan nama inovasi Baper Sama Lamsel (Bantuan Perumahan Swadaya Masyarakat Lampung Selatan).
Kemudian, Juara Harapan III diraih oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil dengan nama inovasi Pelayanan Kependudukan Sakit, Lansia dan Disabilitas (Yanduk Satlantas).(kmf)
