“Pelaku kami tangkap kediamannya Desa Tanjung harapan kec. Merbau Mataram tanpa perlawanan, dan telah mengakui perbuatannya” Ujar Kapolsek Merbau Mataram Iptu Benny Ariawan mewakili Kapolres Lampung Selatan AKBP Edwin.
Tersangka K Als Komeng (21) dilaporkan atas perbuatan yang ia lakukan, tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur terhadap korban SEA (16) Warga Kecamatan Waway Karya Lampung Timur.
“Pelaku melakukan pencabulan sebanyak satu kali di kamar korban rumah kediaman korban, sehingga korban mengalami sakit pada kemaluannya dan trauma” Lanjut Kapolsek Iptu Benny Ariawan.
Pelaku diamankan di Polsek Merbau Mataram Polres Lampung Selatan dijerat dengan Pasal 81 ayat 1dan pasal 82 ayat 2 dan UU no 17 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua nomor 23 tahun 2022 ttg perlindungan anak. (hms/Pra)
