Unit Kriminal Polsek Palas Polres Lampung Selatan Polda Lampung, mengamankan pelaku pencabulan T (40) Warga Bumidaya Kec. Palas Lampung Selatan. Rabu (30/11/2022) sekira pukul 17.30 Wib.
“Pelaku diamankan karena telah melakukan tindakan tidak senonoh terhadap seorang wanita dibawah umur MP (15) yang menginap dirumahnya di Desa Bumidaya Kec. Palas” Ujar Kapolsek Palas AKP Andi Yunara mewakili Kapolres Lampung Selatan AKBP Edwin.
Perbuatan bejat pelaku bermula saat korban dan rekan prianya menginap di rumah pelaku T (40) Desa Bumidaya Kec. Palas, saat tengah malam pelaku yang baru pulang ronda malam menyuruh korban pindah dari kamar depan ke kamar belakang, karena takut lalu korban menuruti permintaan pelaku. Tidak disangka, tidak lama kemudian pelaku menyusul masuk ke kamar belakang dimana korban tidur dan merayu korban mengajak melakukan persetubuhan.
“Pelaku kami amankan di Mapolsek Palas Polres Lampung Selatan Polda Lampung, untuk dilakukan penyidikan, mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku kami jerat menggunakan Pasal 81 ayat 1 UU No.17 th 2016 tentang perubahan kedua UU No. 23 th 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak” tutup AKP Andi Yunara.
“kami dari kepolisian menghimbau kepada orang tua untuk dapat lebih memperhatikan pergaulan putra-putrinya, apalagi bila terjadi perubahan emosi, prilaku dan kebiasaan yang janggal, agar lebih mengamati mencari tahu penyebab sehingga bisa terhindar sejak dini dari perilaku menyimpang yang merugikan” Himbau Kapolsek Palas.(hms/Pra)
