PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) akan segera membangun Museum Siger di kawasan wisata terpadu Bakauheni Harbour City (BHC), Lampung Selatan, sebagai bagian upaya perusahaan untuk melestarikan dan mengenalkan kebudayaan dan sejarah Lampung.
Corporate Secretary PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Shelvy Arifin mengatakan Museum Siger, yang berlokasi di sebelah Menara Siger Park diharapkan turut menunjang salah satu aspek penilaian dalam safety and service excellent, yaitu memberikan pelayanan prima dan kenyamanan kepada pengguna jasa ketika menunggu jadwal keberangkatan kapal.
“Proyek Museum Siger akan segera dimulai dengan target selesai pada awal tahun 2024. Dalam hal ini, kami bangun Museum Siger di BHC sebagai salah satu sarana untuk melindungi, mengembangkan, dan mengomunikasikan sejarah Siger dan kebudayaan Lampung kepada masyarakat,” katanya.
Shelvy menambahkan ASDP menjadikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan sebagai prioritas melalui penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai di area destinasi wisata waterfront BHC, sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan ekonomi daerah sekaligus memberikan alternatif tujuan wisata bagi masyarakat.
Saat ini, di kawasan BHC, sudah rampung dan beroperasi sebanyak 3 (tiga) fasilitas yakni, Masjid BSI, Selasar Siger BTN, dan Krakatau Park. Akan menyusul dioperasikan di bulan November 2023 adalah Creative Hub BNI dan Siger Market Mandiri.
Kawasan BHC saat ini mencakup dua area besar yakni Siger Park dan Krakatau Park. Adapun Siger Park dilengkapi dengan Menara Siger BRI, Masjid BSI, Selasar Siger BTN, Museum Siger, Creative Hub BNI, dan Amphitheater Siger Park, sedangkan Krakatau Park dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam wahana permainan dan edukasi.
Kedua area besar tersebut dihubungkan pathway (pedestrian) sepanjang 730 meter. Pedestrian antara kawasan Krakatau Park dan Siger Park tersebut didesain menarik bagi pejalan kaki sekaligus menjadi spot foto, yang dibagi berdasar segmen dengan memiliki desain tematik berbeda.
Selain itu, juga dibangun skywalk sepanjang 130 meter yang merupakan jembatan integrasi antara Terminal Ferry Eksekutif Pelabuhan Bakauheni dengan kawasan Krakatau Park untuk memudahkan pergerakan wisatawan.
“Saat ini, pembangunan infrastruktur BHC berupa jalan akses dari Siger Prak menuju Krakatau Park sudah selesai 100%, sementara skywalk dan pathway progres pembangunannya 20%,” kata Shelvy.
Sedangkan, proyek Amphitheater Siger Park diperkirakan beroperasi pada awal 2024. Dengan kapasitas hingga 1.500 orang, penyelenggara acara dapat melangsungkan konser dan aktivitas outdoor lainnya di Amphitheater Siger Park.
Hingga September 2023, data mencatat total pengunjung Siger Park sebanyak 77.784 unit kendaraan dengan rincian 30.544 unit motor dan 47.240 unit mobil. Sedangkan total pengunjung Krakatau Park hingga September 2023 mencapai 55.411 orang.
“Antusiasme pengunjung tentunya menjadi semangat bagi ASDP untuk terus mempersembahkan yang terbaik. ASDP akan terus melakukan evaluasi secara berkala untuk melihat apa saja yang bisa kami tingkatkan menjadi lebih baik lagi,” ujar Shelvy.
Fokus pada visi ASDP untuk menjadi yang terdepan dalam menghubungkan masyarakat dan pasar melalui jasa penyeberangan-pelabuhan terintegrasi dan tujuan wisata waterfront, ASDP pun berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan dan fasilitas terbaik bagi pengguna jasa.
Dengan ditunjang keberadaan Jalan Tol Trans-Sumatera, menjadikan kawasan Bakauheni Harbour City sebagai hub pariwisata di Provinsi Lampung dan khususnya Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. (*)
