Tekab 308 Presisi Polsek Penengahan berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat) sdr. JEP(24) di jalan lintas Sumatra. Senin. 17/10/2022.
Kejadian bermula dari adanya laporan tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan 1 (satu) Unit Sepeda Motor Honda Beat Street di pinggir jalan jalur dua depan pasar buah Pasar Bakauheni Kec. Bakauheni Kab. Lampung Selatan, dengan pelapor sdr. RY (23) warga Desa Bakauheni Kec. Bakauheni
Kapolsek Penengahan Iptu Gobel yang sedang melaksanakan patroli bersama anggotanya di jalan lintas Sumatra menerima laporan bahwa pelaku pencurian kabur membawa kendaraan curiannya dari Bakauheni menuju arah kalianda.
“ditengah perjalanan saat patroli kami melihat kendaraan yang dibawa oleh pelaku, merasa curiga dengan kehadiran kendaraan patroli pelaku langsung menambah kecepatan kendaraannya” terang Iptu Gobel
Pada saat akan kabur dari kejaran petugas pelaku akhirnya terjatuh, sehinga pelaku dan barang buktikendaraan berhasil diamankan oleh polisi. Pelaku selanjutnya di bawa ke puskesmas.
“dari interogasi yang kami lakukan, pelaku mengakui bahwa benar ia telah melakukan pencurian kendaraan Honda Beat Street warna silver hitam bersama dua rekannya yaitu D dan J DPO)” lanjutnya.
Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan dari pelaku yakni 1 (satu) sepeda motor roda dua jenis Honda Type H1B02N41L0 A/T (Beat Street) warna silver hitam, Tahun 2020, 110 cc. No.Pol.: BE 5831 DB, No.Ka. MH1JM821XLK079516, No.Sin.: JM82E1079653. (*)
