Adanya dugaan penggelapan bantuan Unit Pengelola Pupuk Organik (UPPO) yang terjadi pada tahun 2015 berupa sapi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala UPTD-PPP kecamatan Candipuro Legiyem S.PKP.MM, membuat Ketua Usaha Pelayanan Jasa Alsintan (UPJA) kabupaten Lampung Selatan Jumadi angkat bicara.

Saat ditemui media ini di kediamannya, pada Jumat (14/10/2022) Jumadi menyatakan, di daerahnya tidak pernah terjadi hal yang demikian, juga menurutnya jika kelompok tani (Poktan) sudah mengakui apa yang terjadi terkait bantuan UPPO itu, langsung laporkan kepada dinas pertanian kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

“Kalau disini tidak pernah terjadi, karena istilahnya dari poktan sudah mematahkannya menurut saya langsung ke dinas saja”. Ucapnya.

Jumadi juga berharap, bantuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah tidak dipermainkan oleh oknum yang dapat merugikan petani karena untuk kepentingan pribadi.

“Bantuan kan untuk petani, artinya pemerintah memberikan bantuan lewat Gapoktan lewat Poktan kan untuk petani dan kami disini berharap jangan sampai bantuan yang seharusnya untuk petani kemudian dipermainkan oleh oknum-oknum tertentu seperti itu”. Harap ketua UPJA lampung selatan itu.

Saat dihubungi melalui aplikasi WhatsApp, kepala dinas pertanian kabupaten lampung selatan Bibit Purwanto tidak membalas juga terlihat centang dua walau dalam info aplikasi itu telah terbaca.

Pemberitaan sebelumnya, Bantuan sapi kepada dua kelompok tani di Kecamatan Candipuro, diduga tidak diterima utuh oleh penerimanya. Pada tahun 2015, kelompok tani yang mendapatkan bantuan masing-masing 10 ekor sapi yakni Margo Makmur II Desa Beringin Kencana yang dan Kelompok Tani Jaya Makmur Desa Banyumas.

Ketua Kelompok Tani Margo Makmur II  Saridi (46) mengatakan, kelompoknya mendapatkan bantuan UPPO sebanyak 10 ekor sapi. Sembilan sapi betina dan satu sapi jantan. Namun sapi jantan sudah diminta dari awal oleh KUPTD-PPP kecamatan setempat.

“Selang berapa bulan kita dapat bantuan program UPPO, sapi jantan diminta Bu Ugi (Kepala UPTD PPP),” ujar Saridi, Selasa (11/10/2022) 

Saridi juga menambahkan, sapi bantuan tersebut tinggal 8 ekor, karena 1 ekor mengalami sakit dan kemudian mati. Sapi-sapi tersebut kemudian dipelihara dengan sistem gaduh ditempat adiknya dan di dua tempat lainnya.

“Kalo ngomong jujurnya kayak gini, waktu kita mau dapat, tapi yang satu keluar diminta. Seumpama istilahnya terus kita harus disuruh beli sapi lagi, ya kita sudah bisa sekarang, tapi ngomong sekarang”. Imbuhnya. 

Hal senada juga disampaikan oleh ketua Kelompok Tani Jaya Makmur Desa Banyumas Mu’alimin, dirinya membenarkan adanya bantuan UPPO sebanyak 10 ekor sapi, dirinya juga menjelaskan adanya 1 ekor sapi jantan bantuan UPPO itu yang diminta oleh KUPTD-PPP setempat.

Bantuan tersebut diterima pada bulan Agustus tahun 2015 dan sapi jantannya diambil sekitar bulan April 2016. Artinya sekitar 8 bulan setelah bantuan itu diberikan. 

“Itu sih bahasanya gimana ya, kebijakanlah itu,” kata Mu’alimin.

Mu’alimin juga memaparkan, sisa 9 ekor sapi betina yang berada di kelompoknya juga turut di gaduhkan. Namun tetap dalam satu lokasi, dengan sistem bagi hasil. 

“Saya sih terus terang jujur sama Sekretaris, bendahara dan anggota semua mengetahuinya. Jika sapi jantan bantuan itu diminta, setelah hampir 8 bulanan lah, kalo di tanya katanya (Bu Ugi) ngaku aja sapinya ada di bapak,” Tutupnya (Pra/Red).
