Sebanyak 22 pejabat eselon II lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lampung Selatan mengikuti uji kompetensi atau job fit Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (JPTP).

Kegiatan digelar di ruang Dragon, Hotel Horison, Bandar Lampung, Rabu 14 Desember 2022.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan job fit juga dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten (Sekdakab) Lampung Selatan Thamrin dan Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat (BKD) Lampung Selatan Tirta Saputra.

Sekdakab Lampung Selatan Thamrin mengatakan, job fit merupakan bagian dari evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk menilai kesesuaian kompetensi pejabat eselon II untuk menempati posisi dan jabatan tertentu.

“Bagian dari evaluasi saja. Jika nanti ada yang di mutasi, itu hanya penyegaran,” ujar Thamrin melalui keterangan singkatnya.

Thamrin juga menyampaikan, bahwa hasil dari job fit dapat menjadi dasar untuk merotasi pejabat eselon II ke jabatan baru yang dinilai lebih sesuai.

“Tidak semua yang ikut job fit ini di mutasi, nanti kita lihat hasilnya,” tandas Thamrin selaku Ketua Panitia Seleksi.

Sementara Plt Kepada BKD Lampung Selatan Tirta Saputra menambahkan, uji kompetensi atau job fit dilaksanakan mulai dari seleksi administrasi dan uji portofolio peserta seleksi. 

“Hari ini, Rabu (14/12) itu pelaksanaan uji kompetensi atau tes tertulis. Selanjutnya peserta tes akan mengikuti tahapan selanjutnya yaitu sesi pemaparan makalah dan sesi wawancara tanggal 16 dan 17 Desember 2022,” kata Tirta Saputra di lokasi uji kompetensi.

Adapun 22 pejabat yang ikut job fit yakni, Kepala BPPRD Burhanuddin, Kadis Perumahan dan Permukiman Yanny Munawarty, Kadis Lingkungan Hidup Feri Bastian, Kadis Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Ariswandi, dan Kadis TPH-BUN Bibit Purwanto.

Lalu Kadis PP-PA Anasrullah, Kadis Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Qorinilwan, Kepala Badan Litbang Syahlani, Kadis Ketahanan Pangan Yansen Mulia, dan Kadis Kominfo M. Sefri Masdian.

Kemudian Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Pemerintahan Hukum dan Politik Hasbie Aska, Asisten Bidang Administrasi Umum Badruzzaman, Kadis Kesehatan Joniyansah, Kadis Damkar dan Penyelamatan Maturidi, dan Kepala Sat Pol PP Heri Bastian.
