PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) meminta kepada pengguna jasa ferry agar mempersiapkan perjalanan libur Akhir Tahun dengan mengatur waktu keberangkatan sebelum puncak arus Tahun Baru yang diprediksikan terjadi mulai Kamis (29/12) hingga Sabtu (31/12), dan tetap mewaspadai kondisi cuaca ekstrem yang diperkirakan melanda seluruh wilayah Indonesia hingga Januari 2023.

Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika memprediksijan seluruh wilayah Indonesia akan diguyur hujan dengan intensitas lebat hingga sangat lebat selama periode libur Natal dan tahun baru 2023, dan meminta masyarakat agar mewaspadai bencana, seperti banjir dan longsor.

Corporate Secretary PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Shelvy Arifin mengatakan pihaknya meminta seluruh pengguna jasa kapal ferry khususnya lintasan tersibuk, Merak – Bakauheni dan Ketapang-Gilimanuk agar tetap berhati-hati saat melakukan penyeberangan, mewaspadai cuaca buruk, dan pastikan kondisi stamina dan kendaraan agar tetap sehat dan prima. Rabu (28/12/2022).

ASDP terus melakukan koordinasi dengan Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) yang telah memprediksikan bahwa musim penghujan akan memasuki masa puncaknya pada periode Desember 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Mengingat BMKG juga mengimbau seluruh masyarakat termasuk pihak-pihak terkait untuk selalu memonitor dan mewaspadai kondisi cuaca saat musim penghujan ini.

Pasalnya, di bulan Desember ini curah hujan umumnya mengalami peningkatan, yang berdampak terjadinya gelombang tinggi dan angin kencang di sejumlah lintasan penyeberangan. “Kami lakukan koordinasi intensif khususnya dengan BMKG, kepolisian/TNI, dan otoritas pelabuhan saat setiap kali sebelum kapal ferry melakukan pelayaran agar perjalanannya aman dan lancar sampai tujuan,” katanya.

Selain itu, manajemen juga telah menyiapkan sejumlah skenario dalam mengantisipasi cuaca ekstrim, diantaranya pengoperasian kapal berukuran besar demi mendukung layanan prima kepada pengguna jasa. Adapun pengoperasian armada selama layanan Angkutan Natal dan Tahun Baru 2023 di lintas Merak – Bakauheni dan Ketapang-Gilimanuk dipastikan telah siap.

“Kami telah memastikan kelengkapan alat-alat keselamatan sesuai dengan SOP pelayanan
yang berhubungan dengan aspek keselamatan diantaranya sekoci, inflatable liferaft (rakit penolong), apar dan hidran, serta life jacket yang harus tersedia di kapal, dalam kondisi baik, dan siap digunakan dalam situasi darurat,” tuturnya.


Menurutnya, para pengguna jasa yang akan berlibur dengan menggunakan kapal ferry agar segera mengatur waktu perjalanan agar tidak mengalami antrian saat puncak arus. Dan untuk kelancaran perjalanan, idealnya pengguna jasa telah bertiket minimal sehari sebelumnya. “Ini kuncinya, agar melakukan reservasi tiket jauh-jauh hari melalui Ferizy. Karena sudah tidak ada penjualan tiket di pelabuhan,” ujarnya.

ASDP telah membuka penjualan tiket ferry periode Angkutan Natal dan Tahun Baru 2023 sejak 60 hari sebelumnya mengingat waktu perjalanan libur Natal dan Tahun Baru 2023 yang semakin mendekat, sehingga masyarakat diimbau agar melakukan reservasi tiket jauh-jauh hari sehingga perjalanan lebih terjamin, lebih aman, tidak perlu mengantre, dan pastinya lebih nyaman.

“Pengguna jasa khususnya di lintas Merak-Bakauheni dan Ketapang-Gilimanuk, dapat memesan tiket ferry untuk perjalanan Nataru mulai dari sekarang. Pastikan beli tiket online secara mandiri hanya di Website Ferizy, Aplikasi Ferizy, atau di mitra resmi ASDP, yaitu: Indomaret, Alfamart, Agen BRILink, dan Agen Finpay (Delima Point). Hal ini penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan tiket dan memperlancar pelayanan di pelabuhan,” ujar Shelvy.

Pengguna jasa, lanjutnya, yang telah membeli tiket untuk mengatur waktu di hari H agar tidak terlambat dan melakukan check in 2 jam sebelumnya. Tiket akan expired jika melewati waktu jadwal masuk pelabuhan. Apabila tiba di pelabuhan belum bertiket, maka kendaraan akan diputar balik keluar pelabuhan. “Jangan lupa saat membeli tiket via online, pastikan pengguna jasa mengisi daftar penumpang dalam kendaraan secara tepat dan lengkap, termasuk data kendaraannya. Ini penting terkait hak asuransi setiap penumpang dan memperlancar proses perjalanan Pengguna Jasa,” tuturnya.

Berdasarkan data Posko Pelabuhan Ketapang Banyuwangi selama 24 jam (periode 27 Desember 2022 pukul 08.00 WIB hingga 28 Desember 2022 pukul 08.00 WIB) atau hari H+2, tercatat jumlah kapal yang beroperasi sebanyak 28 unit kapal. Adapun realisasi total penumpang mencapai 27.354 orang atau naik 113% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode yang sama tahun lalu sebanyak 12.867 orang. Total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 6.419 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Ketapang menuju Gilimanuk pada hari H+2 atau naik 74% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 3.680 unit.

Sedangkan total penumpang yang menyeberang dari Ketapang ke Gilimanuk mulai dari H-8 hingga hari H+2 tercatat 269.243 orang atau naik 82% dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 148.030 orang. Dan untuk total kendaraan yang telah menyeberang tercatat 62.900 unit atau naik 50% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 41.912 unit.

Selanjutnya, data Posko Gilimanuk pada H+2 selama 24 jam tercatat jumlah kapal yang beroperasi sebanyak 28 unit kapal. Adapun realisasi total penumpang mencapai 24.355 orang atau naik 111% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode yang sama tahun lalu sebanyak 11.555 orang. Total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 6.410 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Gilimanuk ke Ketapang pada H+2 atau naik 70% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 3.776 unit.

Sedangkan total penumpang yang menyeberang dari Gilimanuk ke Ketapang mulai dari H-8 hingga H+2 tercatat 236.325 orang atau naik 66% dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 142.387 orang. Dan untuk total kendaraan yang telah menyeberang tercatat 58.166 unit atau naik 40% persen dibandingkan realisasi periode sama tahun lalu sebanyak 41.585 unit.(hms)
