Rozi Abduh (30), seorang pemuda warga Dusun 1 Desa Tengkujuh Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, berhasil mengembangkan inovasi baru produk kopi yang diberi nama Banana Coffe, bagi penikmat kopi nusantara wajib mencoba sensasi yang berbeda meminum secangkir kopi berbahan dasar buah pisang tersebut.

Saat di temui media wartaselatan.com, Jumat (2/12/2022), pelaku usaha mikro kecil itu yang juga selaku ketua Kelompok Usaha Perhutanan Sosial (KUPS) Batang Kejang Desa Tengkujuh Rozi Abduh memaparkan, dimana berawal dari melihat banyaknya tanaman pisang disekitar, bahkan cenderung dipandang sebelah mata dikarenakan nilai jual yang relatif murah, maka muncul ide pemikiran agar dapat menghasilkan suatu produk dari buah pisang dengan nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi.

“Ide itu berawal dimana saya melihat buah pisang sangat tumbuh subur di wilayah kita, namun untuk harganya sendiri terbilang relatif murah, karena hal itu, saya berfikir bagaimana caranya mendapatkan nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi dengan memanfaatkan hasil bumi yang sangat melimpah disekitar kita, maka tercetuslah ide untuk mengembangkan inovasi baru, yaitu membuat varian kopi dengan berbahan dasar buah pisang”. Usaha rumahan yang bergabung dalam Kelompok Usaha Perhutanan Sosial (KUPS) Batang Kejang dan bernaung dalam LPHD Desa Tengkujuh itu, menurutnya (Rozi.red), dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga bahkan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar.

“Kedepan saya berharap, ini akan membantu menopang perekonomian keluarga dan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar khususnya warga desa Tengkujuh”. Harapnya.

Rozi juga menjelaskan, dalam tahapan pembuatan Banana Coffe itu masih menggunakan cara manual dan sementara ini produksinya masih terbatas, dirinya juga berharap kepada pemerintahan setempat dapat membantu proses pemasaran dan penyediaan alat pendukung produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil itu.

“Saat ini kita masih manual dan masih terbatas karena terkendala alat mas, oh ya mas, Banana Coffe ini juga sudah sempat kita perkenalkan dalam MusrenbangDes Desa Tengkujuh (23/11) kemarin, saya berharap kepada pemerintahan setempat dapat membantu usaha yang saya gagas ini”. Jelasnya.

Masih dilokasi yang sama, ketua KUPS Batang Kejang Desa Tengkujuh itu juga menceritakan, beberapa kali mengalami kegagalan dalam menemukan cita rasa Banana Coffe tersebut dan berhasil  mendapatkan takaran yang di inginkan, bahkan telah menciptakan beberapa varian dari produk olahannya itu.

“Sempat beberapa kali gagal untuk meracik formula agar mendapatkan cita-rasa khas Banana Coffe ini dan saat ini sudah memiliki beberapa varian rasa, ada Banana Coffe Original, Varian Jahe serta Varian Susu, alhamdulillah sekarang sudah dapat dinikmati dan sudah mulai ada pemesan dari luar lampung mas”.
