Kurang dari 24 jam, team Tekab 308 Presisi Polsek Penengahan Polres Lampung Selatan, berhasil mengamankan 2 pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan (Curas) di terminal Argo Bisnis Jalan Lintas Sumatra, Desa Suka Baru, Kecamatan Penengahan, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, yang terjadi pada Selasa (17/01) sekira pukul 01.00 WIB.

Berawal dari laporan korban AS (20), team Tekab 308 yang di pimpin oleh Kanit Reskrim Polsek Penengahan Aiptu Suroso langsung melakukan penyelidikan, lalu pada hari yang sama, sekitar pukul 21.00 WIB, team Tekab Presisi Polsek Penengahan melakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang pelaku JA (27), Warga Desa bakauheni, pelaku ditangkap di depan Rumah Makan Mini khas, Desa Bakauheni, Kecamatan Bakauheni, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, lalu terhadap pelaku dilakukan introgasi, serta pelaku mengakui telah melakukan tindak pidana curas bersama 2 pelaku lainnya, JN dan AD, yang keduanya sudah di tetapkan sebagai DPO.

Atas keterangan pelaku juga, Tim Tekab itu juga melakukan pengembangan, dan mengamankan MF (24) pelaku penadahan barang bukti, tercatat warga Desa Klaten, Kecamatan Penengahan, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Saat dikonfirmasi media ini, Kapolsek Penengahan Iptu. Gobel SH mewakili  Kapolres Lamsel AKBP. Edwin, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si. menyatakan jajarannya telah berhasil mengamankan 2 (dua) orang pelaku beserta barang bukti.

“Kami telah mengamankan 2 orang pelaku berikut Barang Buktinya, dan untuk 2 pelaku lainnya masih dalam pengejaran,” ujar Kapolsek Penengahan

Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan Tekab 308 Presisi Polsek Penengahan antara lain, 1 (satu) unit Hand Phone merk OPPO tipe A16 warna silver, 1 (satu) unit Hand Phone merk Samsung tipe A13 warna Hitam, 1 (satu) buah gunting warna hitam, 1 (satu) buah Tas selempang warna hitam merk converse.

Dengan kronologi kejadian, bermula ketika korban AS (20) baru turun dari kapal pelabuhan ASDP Bakauheni, Selasa (17/1) sekitar pukul 01.00 WIB dini hari, korban diikuti oleh 3 (tiga) orang pelaku yang menggunakan 2 (dua) unit sepeda Motor, lalu pelaku memberhentikan mobil milik korban, setelah itu seorang pelaku ikut masuk kedalam mobil yang dikendarai oleh korban. Kemudian pelaku membawa dan menggiring korban ke Terminal Argo Bisnis, di Jalan Lintas Sumatera Desa Suka Baru, Kecamatan Penengahan. Setelah tiba di terminal tersebut, seorang pelaku mencabut dan mengambil kunci mobil milik korban, lalu para pelaku meminta barang-barang milik korban dengan cara mengancam dan menusuk korban menggunakan gunting dan obeng sebanyak 4 (empat) kali, namun korban menghindar.

Kemudian pelaku meminta agar korban menyerahkan tas salempang warna hitam yang berisikan dompet, terdapat uang tunai sebesar Rp. 850.000,- (delapan ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah), ATM BRI, 1 (satu) unit Hand Phone merk OPPO tipe A16 warna silver, selanjutnya pelaku mengambil 1 (satu) unit Hand Phone merk Samsung tipe A13 warna Hitam, serta uang tunai sebesar Rp.100.000,- (seratus ribu rupiah) milik rekan korban yang duduk disebelah kiri korban, setelah para pelaku mengambil barang-barang milik pelaku, selanjutnya para pelaku mencari kunci kontak mobil korban namun tidak ketemu sambil mengeluarkan kata kata ancaman, selanjutnya para pelaku meninggalkan korban.

Atas kejadian tersebut korban mengalami trauma dan mengalami kerugian materi ditafsir sebesar Rp. 6.080.000,- (enam juta delapan puluh ribu rupiah) selanjutnya korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke polsek penengahan polres lampung selatan.

Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 365 KUHPidana tentang Pencurian dengan Kekerasan, dengan ancaman hukuman 9 (sembilan) tahun penjara. (Pra)
