Tim Tekab 308 Presisi yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kanit Reskrim Polsek Penengahan Aiptu. Suroso ini dilakukan, setelah sebelumnya menerima laporan dari korban tindak pidana pencurian yakni Buana bin Arapan Jaya (42) warga RT/RW 03/01 desa Kelau Kecamatan Penengahan Lamsel, Minggu (8/1/2023) sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB yang terjadi di Gudang Pupuk Tunas Tani desa Taman Baru kecamatan Penengahan.

Usai menerima laporan dari korban, pihaknya langsung menindak lanjuti laporan tersebut, kemudian setelah mendapatkan informasi tempat persembunyian pelaku, tim tekab 308 langsung bergerak mengamankan pelaku bersama dengan barang buktinya. Dan kepada petugas pelaku mengakui perbuatanya.
Kapolsek menjelaskan kejadian tersebut terjadi pada hari minggu (08/1/ 2023) sekira jam 10.00 WIB di gudang pupuk Tunas Tani desa Taman Baru kecamatan Penengahan kabupaten Lampung Selatan, telah terjadi tindak pidana pencurian 1 (satu) unit tank semprot mesin merk IKEDA 88 warna putih orange yang di lakukan oleh 2 dua orang yang tidak di kenal.
Kejadian tersebut bermula ketika pelapor dari rumah menuju gudang pupuk miliknya melihat dua orang yang tidak di kenal keluar dari gudang pupuk dan melarikan diri ke persawahan dan satu orang pelaku lainnya berhasil melarikan diri menggunakan satu unit sepeda motor tanpa nomor polisi.
Atas kejadian tersebut korban mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 2.700.000 dan melaporkan ke Polsek Penengahan dan ditindak lanjuti.
Guna penyelidikan lebih lanjut pelaku beserta barang bukti telah diamankan dan untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman kurungan penjara paling lama lima tahun penjara. (Cak Ton)
