Tim Puslitbang Polri kunjungi Polres Lampung Selatan dalam rangka penelitian penerapan keadilan restoratif dalam penanganan tindak pidana guna mewujudkan kemanfaatan dan rasa keadilan masyarakat. Senin. 24/10/2022 Pukul 09.00 Wib.
Tim yang di pimpin oleh Kombespol Kombespol Saefuddin dan rombongan disambut oleh Waka Polres Lampung Selatan Kompol Sukamso di Aula GWL Polres Lampung Selatan.
Dalam sambutannya Kombespol Saefuddin sebagai ketua tim penelitian menerangkan bahwa penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, melalui pengisian angket terhadap masing – masing responden yang diisi menggunakan handphone, selanjutnya kami melakukan wawancara.
“dengan pelaksanaan penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengukur pelaksanaan penerapan keadilan restoratif dalam memberikan kepuasan dan rasa keadilan sosial bagi masyarakat” tuturnya.
Kegiatan penelitian ini melibatkan dari perwakilan dari Personil penyidik Sat Reskrim, Penyidik PPA, Penyidik Sat Narkoba, Penyidik Lalu Lintas, Sat Sabhara, Bhabinkamtibmas, Kepala Desa, Tokoh Agama dan Tokoh Masyarakat.
Keadilan Restoratif adalah Penyelesaian tindak pidana dengan melibatkan pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku, keluarga korban, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, atau pemangku kepentingan untuk bersama-sama mencari penyelesaian yang adil melalui perdamaian dengan menekankan pemulihan kembali pada keadaan semula (perpol no.8 tahun 2021).
