Bupati Lampung Selatan H. Nanang Ermanto beserta jajaran Perangkat Daerah bersama dengan PMI Lampung Selatan meninjau lokasi persiapan pelaksanaan Jumpa Bakti Gembira (Jumbara) Nasional ke-IX Tahun 2023, Jum’at (25/11/2022).
Kegiatan Jumbara dan Temu karya Relawan ini dilaksanakan oleh PMI se-Indonesia sebanyak 1 kali dalam satu periode masa bakti kepengurusan. Dimana rencananya, pada kegiatan Jumbara ke-IX ini akan dibuka secara langsung oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Ir. Joko Widodo.
Berdasarkan surat dari Gubernur Lampung, PMI Pusat dan PMI Provinsi Lampung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan ditunjuk sebagai lokasi Jumbara Nasional PMR ke-IX Tahun 2023 yang rencananya akan berlangsung pada tanggal 26 Juni hingga 2 Juli 2023 mendatang
Pada kesempatan itu, Sekretaris PMI Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Ahmad Rodhi mengatakan, penunjukkan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sebagai lokasi Jumbara Nasional ke-IX ini dikarenakan, Lampung Selatan memiliki lokasi yang memadai dan lahan yang luas.
“Lampung Selatan ditunjuk sebaga lokasi Jumbara Nasional untuk tahun depan, karena Lampung Selatan memiliki lokasi yg luas dan memadai selain itu tempat pariwisata yang dekat dan bisa dijangkau dari lokasi Jumbara, serta terdapat dukungan fasilitas yang tersedia di lokasi, ujar Ahmad Rodhi.
Ahmad Rodhi juga menyampaikan, pelaksanaan Jumbara Nasional IX Tahun 2023 yang akan berlangsung di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan akan diikuti sebanyak 3.652 peserta.
“Sebanyak 3.652 peserta, se-Indonesia akan hadir dalam kegiatan Jumbara Nasional IX di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun depan dan akan diisi dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan-kegiatan,” ucapnya.
Pada kesempatan itu Bupati Lampung Selatan H. Nanang Ermanto yang juga turut hadir memantau persiapan lokasi tersebut meminta kepada seluruh dinas untuk dapat memaksimalkan dan melengkapi segala fasilitas yang belum tersedia dimulai dari saat ini hingga nanti mendekati puncak acara.
“Pelaksanaan Jumbara Nasional IX nanti selain dikawasan Agrowisata, Kalianda, Way Handak Expo juga akan menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan tersebut,” ujar Bupati Lampung Selatan.
“Maka saya meminta kepada seluruh elemen untuk memaksimalkan segala fasilitas yang ada disini, jangan sampai nanti peserta mendapatkan ketidaknyamanan sehingga banyak keluhan. Untuk itu perbanyak bekerja, tidak usah banyak teori-teori tapi kerja nyata,” pungkasnya. (*).
