SIDOMULYO-(wartaselatan.com)
Pemerintah Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, menggelar Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan Desa (MusrenbangDes) Tahun 2023, Kamis (17/11/2023) sekira pukul 09.30 WIB bertempat di aula desa setempat.
Diawali lagu Indonesia raya dan mars lampung selatan serta menampilkan tari sembah sigeh pengunten yang menonjolkan ciri budaya adat istiadat Lampung sebagai pembuka dalam kegiatan tersebut.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Camat Sidomulyo Erman Suheri diwakili Sekretaris Camat Kecamatan Sidomulyo Ruris Apdani, Kepala Desa Sidodadi Sigig Edi Lukman Beserta Jajaran, Kapolsek Sidomulyo Ilham Efendi, UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rosnani, KUPTD Pajak Kecamatan Sidomulyo Ni Ketut Sri Astini, KUPTD Pasar Sidomulyo Sidik, Korlu PLKB Agus Tono, Koordinator Kecamatan PD Syaifuddin, Tokoh Agama Herman Abdillah, BPD Desa serta puluhan masyarakat yang mengikuti gelaran tersebut.
Dalam giat itu, Kepala Desa Sidodadi Sigig Edi Lukman memaparkan, program prioritas yang menjadi usulan dalam MusrenbangDes tersebut adalah pembangunan infrastruktur Jalan Merdeka yang menghubungkan dari Pasar Bawah Sidomulyo Hingga Jalan PLN, Sedangkan usulan kedua bertepatan Di Jalan Syukur sebagai penghubung desa Sidodadi menuju Desa Sidowaluyo.
“Usulan kita pembangunan insfrastruktur Jalan Merdeka, Akses dari Pasar Bawah Sidomulyo Hingga Jalan PLN, serta kita usulkan juga di jalan Syukur sebagai penghubung desa kita dengan Desa Sidowaluyo”. Paparnya.
Sigig Sapaan Kepala Desa itu juga menambahkan, usulan desa Sidodadi kepada dinas pertanian terkait Program Pembibitan yang ada di dinas tersebut.
“Untuk dinas pertanian, akan kita usulkan tentang bibit-bibitan”. Tambahnya
Masih dalam lokasi yang sama, kades Sidodadi itu juga berharap, seluruh usulan yang diajukan dalam kegiatan tersebut dapat terealisasi di tahun mendatang.
“Saya berharap, semua usulan pada musrenbangDes kali ini dapat seluruhnya terealisasi”. Harap kades Sidodadi itu.
Sigig juga menerangkan, Menurut Permendes nomor 8 tahun 2022, Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) tahun 2023 maksimal 25% dengan kriteria Ekstrem.
“Dan untuk BLT-DD tahun 2023 ada yang berbeda, dimana tahun kemarin besarannya 40% untuk tahun 2023 maksimal penyalurannya hanya 25% dan itu juga dengan kriteria ekstrem, meliputi keluarga miskin yang penghasilannya 1 bulan dibawah Rp. 500.000,- serta didalam rumah tangga itu ada yang memiliki penyakit kronis, kemudian rumah tangga tunggal (sebatang kara) dan kriteria selanjutnya ada keluarga yg difabel (cacat)”. Tutupnya.
Adapun yang meliputi peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 tahun 2022 tentang prioritas penggunaan dana desa tahun 2023 antara lain :
- Pemulihan ekonomi nasional, meliputi penanganan kemiskinan ekstrem BLT-DD maksimal 25%.
- Bantuan modal Bumdes, bagi yang Bumdesnya sehat / indikatornya punya PAD, bagi yang Bumdesnya tidak berjalan maka di Restrukturisasi.
- Ketahanan pangan hewani, dirancang untuk penanganan inflasi.
- Stunting, meliputi dana operasional tim TPPS, honor KPM, Posyandu, Bantuan PMT untuk 3 bulan, layanan pembelian Antropometri, pembuatan atau pemeliharaan kolam, kandang (lumbung gizi desa).
- Operasional Pemdes.
- Desa Wisata, meliputi UMKM, Ekonomi kreatif, penganggaran sarana prasarana pendukung.
- Digitalisasi Desa, web smart village, operasional hosting, hardware.
- Perluasan akses kesehatan, rehab atau pembuatan rumah sehat desa (RDS), Poskesdes, Posyandu dll.
- Perbaikan data SDGs, meliputi input data SDGs dan update data.
- Mitigasi bencana alam dan non alam, ditambah swasembada sekolah. (Ade/Pra)
