Jajaran Polsek Katibung berhasil mengungkap dan mengamankan dua orang yang kedapatan memiliki Narkotika jenis Sabu, Jumat (27/1/2023) sekitar pukul 19.30 wib.
Pelaku yang berhasil ditangkap dirumahnya tersebut yakni JP (28) warga Desa. Sukamaju RT. 01 RW.01 Kecamatan Way Sulan Lampung Selatan .
Pelaku kami amankan setelah sebelumnya mendapatkan informasi dari warga masyarakat tentang adanya tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika ” kata Kapolsek Katibung AKP. Aos Kusni Palah, S.H, mewakili Kapolres Lamsel AKBP Edwin, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si, Sabtu (28/1/2023).
Kapolsek menambahkan bahwa penangkapan terhadap pelaku JP (28) warga Desa. Sukamaju RT. 01 RW.01 Kecamatan Katibung Lampung Selatan dilakukan pada hari Jum’at (27/1/2023) sekitar jam 19.30 Wib, dirumah warga di Desa. Karang Pucung Rt 003/002 Kecamatan Way Sulan, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
Tidak hanya pelaku lanjut Kapolsek, pihaknya juga berhasil mengamankan barang bukti (BB) berupa 1 (satu) buah Dompet warna hijau, 1 (satu) buah Dompet hitam berisi 3 (tiga) paket sabu, plastik sisa pakai, alat hisab sabu lengkap, Timbangan digital dan 1(satu) unit HP merk Vivo warna biru.” Papar Kapolsek Katibung.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya, saat ini pelaku bersama BB diamankan di Polsek Katibung guna dilakukan penyidikan lebih lanjut .
Sedangkan pasal yang disangkakan kepada pelaku yakni Pasal 114, 112, 127 UU RI 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. ” Ujar Kapolsek menutup keteranganya. (Cak Ton)
