Jajaran Polres Lampung Selatan berhasil mengamankan RY (43) warga dusun Jembat Besi desa Gunung Terang kecamatan Kalianda, pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat) 3 buah handphone di dusun Banjarsari desa Seloretno Kecamatan Sidomulyo yang terjadi pada Kamis (1/1/2023) sekira pukul 04.30 WIB.

Dalam rilis resminya, Jumat (6/1/2023), Kapolres Lampung Selatan AKBP. Edwin, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si memaparkan modus operandi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku, berawal dari pelaku masuk kedalam rumah kontrakan korban dengan cara merusak jendela samping, kemudian mengambil 3 (tiga) buah handphone, dengan rincian 1 (satu) buah handphone merk Samsung A52s warna hitam, 1 (satu) buah handphone merk samsung A22 warna mint, 1 (satu) buah handphone merk VIVO y 12, serta mengambil 1 (satu) lembar STNK sepeda motor merk Honda Beat dengan nopol BE 4326 ZH warna biru putih dan 2 (dua) buah tas kecil berisi 1 (satu) buah e-KTP,  dan 1 (satu) buah ATM, 1 (satu) buah Sim C serta uang tunai sebesar Rp. 700.000,- (Tujuh Ratus Ribu Rupiah).

“Pelaku masuk kedalam rumah kontrakan korban dengan cara merusak jendela samping, kemudian pelaku masuk dan mengambil 3 buah handphone, satu lembar STNK sepeda motor merk Honda Beat dan 2 buah tas kecil serta uang tunai sebesar Rp.700.000,- (Tujuh Ratus Ribu Rupiah),” Paparnya.

Kapolres Lampung Selatan itu juga menjelaskan kronologi penangkapan pelaku, berdasarkan laporan korban, team Tekab 308 Polres Lampung Selatan merespon cepat dengan melakukan penyelidikan dan setelah mendapatkan informasi, team langsung bertindak dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan tersebut.

“Setelah mendapatkan laporan dari korban, team Tekab 308 Presisi Polres Lampung Selatan melakukan penyelidikan dan mendapatkan informasi, kemudian berhasil mengamankan seorang pelaku RY (43) dan dilakukan introgasi serta pelaku mengakui perbuatannya dan mengamankan 1 buah handphone merk OPPO A16, pelaku juga sebelumnya pernah melakukan tindak kejahatan yang sama di desa Seloretno kecamatan Sidomulyo di bulan Desember 2022 dan team juga berhasil mengamankan barang bukti 3 buah handphone, kemudian pelaku dan barang bukti di amankan Mapolres Lampung Selatan guna penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” Tutupnya.

Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan, 1 (satu) buah handphone merk OPPO warna hitam, 1 (satu) buah handphone merk Realme C31 warna biru dongker, serta 1 (satu) buah handphone merk samsung A52 warna hitam.

Atas kejadian tersebut, korban ditaksir mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 6.000.000,- (Enam Juta Rupiah).

Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku dikenakan pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman kurungan penjara selama 6 tahun. (Red)
