Komandan Kodim 0421/Ls Letkol Inf Fajar Akhirudin S.I.P.,M.Si. membuka secara resmi pelaksanaan Latihan Teknis Teritorial ( Latnister ) Tahun Anggaran 2023 yang di gelar di Ruang Aula Parikesit Makodim 0421/Ls, Senin (13/03/2023)
Latnister merupakan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan materi mengenai Kemampuan Teritorial, agar Para personil Kodim 0421/LS beserta jajaran paham dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai insan pembina Teritorial di wilayah.
Pada kesempatan ini Komandan Kodim 0421/Ls Letkol Inf Fajar Akhirudin S.I.P.,M.Si., memberikan beberapa penekanan, “Pada hari ini kita akan melaksanakan kegiatan Latnister untuk Tahun Anggaran 2023 sampai dengan 5 hari kedepan, dalam kegiatan ini sebagai Aparat Teritorial para Babinsa hendaknya memperhatikan dan mencermati seluruh Materi yang akan disajikan oleh pemateri, sehingga semua ilmu yang dipelajari hari ini dapat diaplikasikan dengan baik di lapangan,” tegasnya.
Dandim mengingatkan, Bahwa Kehadiran Babinsa di Wilayah harus dapat memberikan manfaat ditengah-tengah kesulitan rakyat , sehingga pembinaan teritorial harus berjalan melalui perencanaan dan persiapan yang baik agar dapat tepat sasaran dan manfaatnya dirasakan secara nyata oleh masyarakat dan negara Republik Indonesia.
Sehingga setelah latihan ini diharapkan para babinsa akan mampu mengaplikasikan pembinaan teritorial (Binter) yang terukur dan tepat sasaran” Tutup Dandim. (*)
