Perdana di tahun 2023, DPRD Lampung Selatan menggelar rapat paripurna diruang sidang DPRD Lampung Selatan siang kemarin.
Rapat Paripurna internal ini digelar dalam rangka Pengumuman Pemberhentian Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Masa Jabatan 2019 – 2024 Dan Usulan Pengesahan Pengangkatan Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Sisa Masa Jabatan 2019 – 2024.
Rapat paripurna dipimpin dan dibuka langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Lampung Selatan, Hi. Hendry Rosyadi, S.H., M.H. yang didampingi oleh Waka I Agus Sartono, A.Md dan Waka II Agus Sutanto, S.T.
Adapun anggota DPRD yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut tercatat 41 orang sesuai dengan bacaan laporan jumlah kehadiran dewan dan surat-surat masuk oleh Sekretaris DPRD Lampung Selatan Thomas Amirico.
Hendry Rosyadi menyampaikan, bahwa kegiatan ini sudah dibahas dan diagendakan pada saat Rapat Badan Musyawarah (Banmus) DPRD Lampung Selatan pada hari Senin tanggal 6 Februari 2023 yang lalu.
Adapun dasar dari digelarnya paripurna tersebut adalah sebagai berikut ada 4 point Pertama, Pasal 36 Ayat (2), Kedua, Pasal 39 Ayat (2), Ketiga, Pasal 39 Ayat (4).
Keempat, Surat Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Nomor 009-001/B/DPC-GERINDRA/LS/LPG/2023 Tanggal 27 Januari 2023 Perihal Penyampaian Penggantian Unsur Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sebagai tindak lanjut dari Surat Keputusan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya Nomor 01-0008/Kpts/DPP-GERINDRA/2023 Tanggal 20 Januari 2023.
Ketua DPRD menyampaikan isi dari poin ke 4 (empat) dari surat tersebut adalah menetapkan calon pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dari Partai Gerindra yaitu Amelia Nanda Sari, S.H. sebagai Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Masa Jabatan 2019 – 2024, untuk menggantikan Sdr. Waris Basuki, S.H.
Selain hal tersebut di poin 4, dalam pembacaan laporan surat masuk dari DPC Partai Gerindra Lampung Selatan, Sekretaris DPRD juga menyampaikan penggantian Bambang Irawan sebagai Ketua Fraksi Partai GERINDRA kepada Untung Setia Budi.
Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan oleh pimpinan DPRD tentang berita acara usulan pengangkatan wakil ketua DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sisa masa jabatan 2019 – 2024, yang kemudian hasilnya akan diteruskan kepada Gubernur Lampung melalui Bupati Lampung Selatan guna mendapatkan keputusan tentang pengesahan pengangkatan wakil DPRD tersebut diatas.
