PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) menyatakan layanan angkutan penyeberangan khususnya di lintas tersibuk Merak-Bakauheni dan Ketapang-Gilimanuk terpantau ramai lancar dan terkendali pada periode libur Hari Raya Waisak yang jatuh pada akhir pekan atau bertepatan dengan long weekend.

Corporate Secretary PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Shelvy Arifin mengatakan momen long weekend yang dimulai pada hari Kamis (1/6) bertepatan dengan libur nasional Hari Lahir Pancasila, dilanjut dengan cuti bersama dan libur Hari Raya Waisak yang jatuh tepat pada Minggu (4/6).

“Karena long weekend, antusiasme sebagian masyarakat cukup tinggi, ada yang ingin berlibur dan melakukan trip via darat membawa kendaraan bersama keluarga, sehingga terjadi peningkatan trafik bilang dibandingkan hari normal,” ujar Shelvy.

ASDP memastikan layanan penyeberangan dan pelabuhan khususnya di lintas Merak – Bakauheni dan Ketapamg Gilimanuk telah siap melayani pengguna jasa yang akan bepergian menggunakan kapal ferry. “Di Merak – Bakauheni saat ini beroperasi 29 unit kapal selama 24 jam yang dilayani total 6 dermaga. Kami telah antisipasi karena long weekend, diperkirakan akan terjadi kenaikan trafik 3-5 persen, bila dibandingkan hari normal,” tutur Shelvy.

Shelvy berharap, para pengguna jasa yang akan berlibur dengan menggunakan kapal ferry agar mengatur waktu perjalanan agar tidak mengalami antrian. Dan untuk kelancaran perjalanan, idealnya pengguna jasa telah bertiket minimal sehari sebelumnya. “Ini kuncinya, agar melakukan reservasi tiket jauh-jauh hari melalui Ferizy. Karena sudah tidak ada penjualan tiket di pelabuhan,” ujarnya.

Reservasi Ferizy Tersedia H-60
Sebagai bentuk peningkatan pelayanan, ASDP membuka penjualan tiket ferry sejak 60 hari sebelum hari keberangkatan, sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan reservasi tiket jauh-jauh hari sehingga perjalanan lebih terjamin, lebih aman, tidak perlu mengantre, dan pastinya lebih nyaman.

“Pengguna jasa pastikan beli tiket online secara mandiri hanya di Website Ferizy, Aplikasi Ferizy, atau di mitra resmi ASDP, yaitu: Indomaret, Alfamart, Agen BRILink, dan Agen Finpay (Delima Point). Hal ini penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan tiket dan memperlancar pelayanan di pelabuhan,” ujar Shelvy.

Pengguna jasa, lanjutnya, yang telah membeli tiket untuk mengatur waktu di hari H agar tidak terlambat dan melakukan check in 2 jam sebelumnya. Tiket akan expired jika melewati waktu jadwal masuk pelabuhan. Apabila tiba di pelabuhan belum bertiket, maka kendaraan akan diputar balik keluar pelabuhan. “Jangan lupa saat membeli tiket via online, pastikan pengguna jasa mengisi daftar penumpang dalam kendaraan secara tepat dan lengkap, termasuk data kendaraannya. Ini penting terkait hak asuransi setiap penumpang dan memperlancar proses perjalanan,” tuturnya.

Berdasarkan data Pelabuhan Merak selama 24 jam (periode 1 Juni 2023 pukul 08.00 WIB hingga 2 Juni 2023 pukul 08.00 WIB), tercatat jumlah kapal yang beroperasi sebanyak 29 unit kapal dengan total 100 trip. Adapun realisasi total penumpang mencapai 32.231 orang dengan jumlah penumpang pejalan kaki sebanyak 2.163 orang.

Untuk realisasi kendaraan roda dua mencapai 1.066 unit sedangkan realisasi kendaraan roda empat mencapai 3.572 unit. Adapun total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 7.608 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Jawa ke Sumatera pada hari menjelang libur panjang awal Juni 2023.

Sebaliknya, data Pelabuhan Bakauheni pada periode yang sama (24 jam) tercatat realisasi total penumpang mencapai 26.377 orang dengan jumlah penumpang pejalan kaki sebanyak 1.606 orang.

Untuk realisasi kendaraan roda dua mencapai 679 unit sedangkan realisasi kendaraan roda empat mencapai 3.113 unit. Adapun total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 6.991 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Sumatera ke Jawa.

Sementara itu, berdasarkan data Pelabuhan Ketapang selama 24 jam (periode 1 Juni 2023 pukul 08.00 WIB hingga 2 Juni 2023 pukul 08.00 WIB), tercatat jumlah kapal yang beroperasi sebanyak 28 unit kapal dengan total 207 trip.
Adapun realisasi total penumpang mencapai 23.000 orang dengan jumlah penumpang pejalan kaki sebanyak 752 orang.

Untuk realisasi kendaraan roda dua mencapai 1.413 unit sedangkan realisasi kendaraan roda empat mencapai 2.167 unit. Adapun total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 5.852 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Jawa ke Bali pada hari menjelang libur panjang awal Juni 2023.

Sebaliknya, data Pelabuhan Gilimanuk pada periode yang sama (24 jam) tercatat realisasi total penumpang mencapai 14.551 orang dengan jumlah penumpang pejalan kaki sebanyak 362 orang. Untuk realisasi kendaraan roda dua mencapai 1.089 unit sedangkan realisasi kendaraan roda empat mencapai 1.404 unit. Adapun total seluruh kendaraan tercatat 4.204 unit yang telah menyeberang dari Bali ke Jawa. (*)
