Oknum Guru honorer sekolah Dasa (SD) melakukan penusukan terhadap tetangganya saat berkunjung ke area Perkemahan Pramuka Kecamatan Candipuro, Sabtu (12/8/2023) sekitar pukul 22.00. Wib.
Penganiayaan oleh oknum guru honorer tersebut yakni AY (29) warga desa Titiwangi Kecamatan Candipuro terhadap korban BG (22) yang juga warga setempat diduga akibat cekcok mulut yang diakhiri dengan penusukan.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Lamsel AKP Hendra Saputra SE MM mewakili Kapolres Lamsel AKBP Yusriandi Yusrin SIK M.Med Kom , Selasa (15/8/2023) melalui pesan Whatshappnya menjelaskan bahwa peristiwa itu terjadi pada hari Sabtu (12/8/2023) sekitar pukul 22.00 wib diarea Perkemahan Pramuka lapangan Kecamatan Candipuro Lampung Selatan.
Mula-mula pelaku AY (29) datang ke lokasi perkemahan Pramuka bersama istri dan anaknya yang berlokasi di lapangan yang berada didepan kantor kecamatan Candipuro Lamsel. ” Tuturnya.
Saat dilokasi pelaku AY (29) bertemu dengan Ale (25) teman korban. Setelah beberapa saat pelaku minta Ijin pulang kepada Ale pada saat itu bersama korban.
Saat itu korban bersalaman sambil mengisaratkan dengan tangan menggenggam ( Kode Senggama) ” Mau pulang ya pak, ? Sambil tanganya menggenggam ” . Kemudian pelaku menegor korban ” Apa maksud kamu mengatakan gak sopan begitu ?. Kemudian korban mengelak dengan mengatakan ” Itu cuma bercanda pak “. Kemudian pelaku langsung memegang krah baju korban sambil mengatakan ” Kalau seperti itu bukan bercanda ” dan korban langsung meminta maaf kepada pelaku sambil mengatakan ” Kalau kamu tua, kamu bisa bedakan mana yang bercanda mana yang bukan ” dan pelaku menjawab ” Kalau itu bukan bercanda ” dan korban terus menantang pelaku dengan berkata ” Terus kamu maunya apa ” kata korban sambil mendorong pelaku yang dipisah oleh istrinya.
Usai didorong, pelaku pulang sambil mengantarkan istrinya kerumahnya, beberapa saat kemudian kembali lagi kelokasi perkemahan Pramuka. Pada saat dilokasi perkemahan korban menendang dan memuku kepala pelaku, dan pada saat yang bersamaan dengan gerakan reflek pelaku menikam bagian perut korban menggunakan pisau yang diambil disakunya dan akhirnya korban dibawa ke rumah sakit untuk dilakukan perawatan. ” papar Kasat Reskrim Polres Lamsel.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbutanya, saat ini pelaku yang dijerat dengan pasal 351 KUHP masih dilakukan penyidikan secara intensif di Mapolres Lampung Selatan ” Tutup AKP Hendra Saputra.
Dari informasi yang diterima media ini korban BG (22) saat ini sudah kembali kerumahnya usai mendapatkan perawatan dari rumah sakit setempat. (Cak/Pendi)
